2019 Annual Congregational Meeting

Dear Members of All Souls,

Please join us in the sanctuary on Sunday, December 8, 2019, for the 2019 All Souls Annual Congregational Meeting. We have much to discuss regarding the business of the church and ways we are moving and will continue to move forward.

The Congregation will review and vote on: two bylaw changes regarding the board structure; the budget for 2020; the Leadership Development and Nominating Committee (LDNC) recommendations of new trustees and church officers; and the Church Council’s recommendations for new LDNC members. We will also learn more about the Transformation Team’s work in 2019 and the Ministerial Transition process.

The meeting will begin at 1:15 p.m. sharp, following lunch. Childcare will be provided.

You’ll find the documents regarding the business of the meeting below.

This is our most important opportunity each year to engage in collective decision-making, a vital part of our shared ministry and efforts to build the beloved community at All Souls Church. We hope to see you there.

Sincerely,
Mike Hill
Church Moderator
