Like any good drama, our lives play out in acts, or chapters. A new act can begin with a career change, or a new relationship, or a major life transition. Sometimes we experience ourselves “between acts.” One chapter has ended, but the next is yet to begin. What are the gifts, challenges, and tasks for us when we find ourselves between acts?
