Sacred Sound Circle: Exploring Shamanic Journeying

Shamanic journeying is a form of meditation based on the ancient uses of spoken guidance, drums and other instruments (rattles, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, etc.) to prompt profound “journeying” experiences. As you listen to the heartbeat of the drum, you will learn how to enter the shamanic state of consciousness to seek guidance, insight, and healing. The Native American teachings of the Medicine Wheel provide a guide so that we might have a deeper understanding of the seasons around us and within our own lives. No experience is required. No special beliefs or heritage is required. And no experience is “wrong” or “right” within this circle. Come with an open heart to connect with sacred sound and vibration.
