2023 Congregational Meeting

Each year, the All Souls Congregation meets at an Annual Meeting to hear about the state of the church, vote on a budget for our next church fiscal year (July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024), elect new lay leaders, and change the bylaws. Since the Congregation has ultimate control over the church, your participation in the Annual Meeting is important, and it is part of building the Beloved Community.

This year, the Annual Meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 4. For the first time, we are having a hybrid annual meeting. You may participate from the sanctuary, and, if you are a voting member, you may alternatively participate via Zoom. If you are a voting member, Zoom instructions will be emailed to you, and please log in at least 15 minutes early, so we can check for a quorum.

Whether in person or on Zoom, to vote, you must have made a contribution of record within the past 15 months, and you can contact Membership Director Gary Penn (gpenn@allsouls.ws) with any questions.

If you require childcare to attend the meeting, please RSVP with CYRE Director Lara Profitt (LProfitt@allsouls.ws)

On this page you will find an agenda for the Annual Meeting, the proposed budget for next fiscal year, and reports from the Leadership Development and Nominating Committee on their nominees for open positions and on recommended bylaws changes.

We look forward to seeing you on June 4!
