Feedback Session on Proposed Motions for Annual Meeting

This year’s annual meeting is scheduled for Sunday, June 1 after service in the sanctuary and online. This feedback session, hosted by the moderator and the board president, is an opportunity to share your ideas and/or proposals for motions, including amendments to the budget. We will provide feedback about whether the motions as written are in order – and if now what changes we would recommend so they can be made during the meeting. We will also help you coordinate with others who may be making similar motions, so we can make the best use of our limited discussion time. And we will share information about the procedures including the time limits and plans for organizing discussion.

Please note any motions that are submitted in writing by Monday, May 26, and that are in order, will be included in the allocated discussion time. Any motions not submitted by this deadline will only be considered if time allows.

This meeting will be in-person and online.
