We are, unfortunately, currently unable to accept requests for B&B housing. We know that many of you would like to come to DC for the inauguration in January, but we don’t foresee the COVID situation having improved enough by then to ask our hosts to accommodate guests.
If this changes, we will announce that here. Until then, stay safe and healthy, and we’ll see you in DC as soon as that’s possible.

Every American should visit our nation’s capital, not only because it’s the seat of government, but because it’s also a rich cultural center, site of intellectual exchange, home to a global community, and a city of sublime beauty.
When it’s your turn to visit, give your trip a personal touch by staying with fellow Unitarian Universalists. For reasonable rates, members of All Souls Church Unitarian offer lodging and breakfast in their homes for short-term stays (2-7 days) and all proceeds benefit the church. We offer a variety of accommodations, all of them located within convenient reach of DC’s sights.
Peruse the rates listed below. Once you’ve decided to come, reserve your rooms by filling in the registration form below at least 10 days before your visit. Once your completed registration is received, the Housing Team will contact you about payment and begin finding a host. Once a host is found, you will be introduced by email.

Rates and Information
- Private room: $95 single/$145 double per night
- Children (16 years old or younger): $25 per night
- There is a $10 reservation fee

Please be advised that we are unlikely to be able to accommodate more than four individuals in the same home.
Sorry, but we cannot accommodate children under 5, smokers, or pets (seeing-eye dogs excepted).
TWO-NIGHT MINIMUM: You must reserve for at least two nights and no more than one week.
BLACK-OUT DATES: Thanksgiving weekend and the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
Our cancellation policy is intended to cover the credit card and registration fees incurred with handling your reservation.
Up until one week before the visit, you will receive a full refund, less the merchant account fee (5% of the entire transaction) and an administrative fee of $10.
Within a week of the visit, you will receive a full refund, less the value of one night’s accommodation, the merchant fee (5% of the entire transaction), and an administrative fee of $10.
We will also keep and appreciate any donation you may have made.
