Volunteer Teams Forming To Pitch In Starting July 1

With the staffing reductions that were recently voted on at the 2025 Annual Meeting, and starting on July 1, we are seeking to form teams of volunteers to help out in some critical areas over the summer.

Currently we are looking for people to help out in two areas:

  1. Hospitality Crew – primarily needed on Sundays but may also be asked to help out with special events
    • Prepare the beverage and food table
    • Set up and Clean up for the coffee hour

  2. Office Admin Team – may be engaged in a number of activities:
    • Weekly
      • Folding the orders of service
      • Posting flyers and taking down outdated ones
      • Serving at the front desk
    • Bi-monthly
      • Stuffing envelopes for mailings

We are also making longer term plans for increasing volunteer engagement into the fall in other areas.
