Young Souls Monthly Mindful Meetup

Join us for our monthly gathering to explore and deepen spiritual connection in a supportive and welcoming community. Whether you’re seeking personal growth, meaningful conversations, or simply a space to share your journey, this meet-up offers a chance to connect. Each session includes a chalice lighting, reading, and check in, followed by an activity (e.g., games, music) and further opportunities for reflection and connection. Young Souls is a welcoming community for those aged 18-35+ at All Souls Church, Unitarian–a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Washington, DC. We help members build connections and friendships, pursue spiritual growth, and engage in social justice and community service.
