Transformative Leadership Day

Over the last two years, multiple groups have been working collaboratively to identify the principles and practices of leadership that All Souls needs to move forward as a congregation.  Developing more shared understanding is one of the keys to progress, so we invite everyone to participate in our first (but likely not the last)Transformative Leadership Day!

Relationships, spiritual grounding, and fun are all critical, so this day will be highly interactive. Rev. Anastassia, Rev. Rob, other staff and many Board members will be participating. We hope you will join us as well! 

All existing church leaders, as well as those considering church leadership, are strongly encouraged to attend.

Everyone is welcome though–in addition to transformation at the church, we want to support people making change in their lives and work beyond the congregation!
