Join a self-care conversation led by Gracy Obuchowicz, a longtime self-care coach, group facilitator, and author of selfcarefully (Thick Press, 2019) to discuss how our self-care can serve as a stabilizing influence during this moment of change. We’ll engage in guided dialogue and activities to help us define the authenticity in our personal wellness practices, and strategize ways to bridge our self-care into greater acts of community resistance and collective transformation. During this event, Gracy will also share a new booklet, designed and illustrated by Maria Habib, about how Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, can help us connect to our elemental wisdom, inspiring generative leadership. All are welcome, self-care enthusiasts and cynics alike.
Participants are welcome to bring dinner or snacks, and all are invited to stay for All Souls’ monthly Vespers service from 7:30 – 8:30. It’s a contemplative service focused on singing, readings, and silence.
