Rev. Rob Keithan: Choose Your Own Adventure!

Our theme of the month for April is curiosity, and we’re going to start with an experiment! For years, one of the most popular activities in our religious education program has been “Choose Your Own Adventure” Sunday. After a brief all-group centering, everyone gets to pick their own  activity for the morning from a variety of options. On Sunday April 7, we’re going to do the same thing–with the entire congregation! Everyone from kindergarten on up will start together in the Sanctuary for some grounding and introduction, then head to the activity of their choice! There will be a wide range of accessible options, both in–person and hybrid.

For those at the church, we’ll end with a “snack potluck” for all in Pierce Hall. Everyone is invited to bring any kind of snack to share! This is the Sunday we say farewell to long-time church staff member Rose Eaton, who is heading to a new job at the National Gallery of Art. Please stay after service to share your well wishes!
