UUs speak of the “free and responsible search for truth and meaning,” but what exactly is the meaning of “meaning”?  Do we discover, create or cultivate meaning?  How does something become less meaningful…or meaningless?  Is meaning mainly a belief or something sustained through practice?  Are claims regarding meaning expressions of faith.
