Annual Congregational Meeting
The Annual Congregational Meeting is this Sunday, June 1, after service. This is an important opportunity for you to participate in important decisions about the next year for our church community. At this meeting, the congregation adopts our budget for the coming year, elects new trustees and officers, and may consider other business items submitted by the board or by congregants.
All are welcome to observe in person or online. Congregants who maintain their membership (have at least one financial gift of record in the previous 15 months) are welcome to participate and vote in the meeting either in-person or online via Zoom.
Lunch and childcare will be provided.

Anyone who wishes to participate online, please register by Saturday, May 31. Same-day registration may result in a delays during check-in.
Please arrive by 12:15 PM for online check-in and to review procedures for online participation.
Please review materials in advance, including the updated agenda, proposed budget, annual report, and motions that are expected to be introduced (see below).
