Easter Egg Hunt – Volunteers Needed!
On Easter Sunday, we will host an egg hunt for the children and youth. Please consider volunteering to make this event successful!
Where to Go (by Age)
- Nursery (ages 0-2) on the terrace
- Preschool (ages 3-5) in the courtyard
- Grades K/1 on the playground
- Grades 2/3 on the playground (after K/1)
How We Will Hunt
The challenge: find 5 different colored eggs!
Please limit your child’s egg finds to 5 eggs
If everyone finds 5 eggs then there are enough eggs for all!
Nursery, Preschool, and K/1 egg hunts start directly after service – you are welcome to head to your area and get started when you are ready!
The 2nd & 3rd grade egg hunt will start around 12:10, giving us time for the K/1 children to find their eggs and time for our middle schoolers to hide more eggs!
Prizes
After the egg hunt, head to Pierce Hall to collect your prizes! This year’s prizes each relate to one of our UU Values. We will be making slime for the UU value of “transformation” on the playground after the egg hunts. Smocks will be provided!
