Each year, members of the congregation meet at an Annual Meeting to hear about the state of the church, vote on a budget for our next church fiscal year (July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025) and elect new lay leaders. Since the congregation has ultimate control over the church, your participation in the Annual Meeting is an important part of building the Beloved Community.

This year, the Annual Meeting will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2024. We are again holding this meeting on multiple platforms. You may join this meeting in-person from the sanctuary or, if you are a voting member, online via Zoom. Everyone is welcome to attend.

As a reminder, only members who have made a contribution of record within the past 15 months can vote at the Annual Meeting. You can contact Gary Penn (database@allsouls.ws) with any questions about your membership status.

A pizza lunch will be provided in Pierce Hall between the worship service and the Annual Meeting. If you require childcare to attend the meeting, please RSVP with CYRE Director Lara Profitt (lprofitt@allsouls.ws).
