Congregational Care – Week of 12/18/2022

Thank you so much for many warm cards and emails on the death of my mom. We had a beautiful family gathering celebrating the full life of Lindsay Green on December 11 in El Paso.

Much appreciation for all the caring hearts at All Souls,
Rev. Louise

We welcome Theodora Catherine Smither Wulsin, the newest member of the All Souls community. Many congratulations to parents Claire and Stu, and siblings Wally and Louisa!

We are holding Lydia Mosher and family as they grieve the death of her beloved Aunt Geraldine Berry who died in her sleep at age 101, in Detroit, Michigan.

Our hearts are with Priya and Brian Cook, in the memory of their nephew, Leo Wittstruck Varghese who was stillborn one year ago. We send our love and care to all those among us carrying the grief of stillbirth, which affects 1 in 175 U.S. births.

Dr. Margaret Wilson
April 3, 1932 – November 26, 2022

We are sad to announce the death of member Margaret Wilson at age 90, at home on November 26 in Arlington. Margaret was a member of both All Souls and the UU Congregation of Arlington. She was in the ASC Heiwa/Peace Project and went to Japan with the group in 2017.

Her memorial will be on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington. Our love is with her friends and extended family. You may read her obituary here.
