Take the 21-Day Palestine Challenge this July

As part of our congregational commitment to be in solidarity with Palestine, this July we invite All Souls congregants to join Souls for Palestine in a 21-day challenge to take one action related to Palestine each day.

The action you choose could be as quick as following a couple Palestinian social media accounts or, if you have more time, you might watch movie about the history of the region. We have a list of suggested resources you can pull from, but you can also find your own.

No matter whether you are totally new to learning about this topic or feel like you already know enough to teach a class on it, you are welcome to join us and take your learning a couple, or many, steps further.

This daily practice is an opportunity not just for deeper learning but also to help more of us move our engagement on this issue into a more consistent, habitual place.

The 21 days of the challenge will span from Tuesday, July 8 through Monday, July 28, with a kickoff event to orient and meet fellow participants on Monday July 7.

To support all of us on this journey, we will also come together virtually on each of the following three Monday evenings of the challenge (July 14, 21, and 28) to process together and reflect on what we’ve each been learning. These meetings will be on Zoom from 6-7:30pm.

You’re invited to join for as much or as little of this challenge as you are able, and are welcome on the zoom calls regardless of whether you’ve been able to engage with the challenge the previous week.
