Yoga Nidra for the Spring
This practice, rooted in Tantric Yoga Indian culture, invites us into embodied, deep relaxation. It features very gentle movement on the ground to de-stress the body, followed by supported savasana (lying on your back with blankets and pillows) paired with a voice guiding you through your body, breath, and energy centers or chakras.
