Yoga Nidra for the Winter
Nourish your soul throughout the winter months with a practice that invites us into embodied, deep relaxation. Join registered yoga teacher Carol Collins for this winter practice. It will feature very gentle movement on the ground to de-stress the body, followed by supported savasana (lying on your back with blankets and pillows) paired with a voice guiding you through your body, breath, and energy centers or chakras.
You will need 1) quiet space on floor or bed; 2) a bolster or large pillow; and 3) 2 to 3 blankets.
