UU4Core II: Designing Your Unitarian Universalist Spiritual Practice

Developing a strong ground for daily living in spiritual practices is an ongoing creative process. Different tools are needed for the varied passages of life, and the work is experimental yet steady. Whether you define practice as what feeds your own spirit, or as what connects you to larger Source, a commitment to active design can impact your living profoundly. This four-part workshop will help you identify your favorite practices, find some new favorites, and create a supportive group of partnership to get you going. We will use readings, experience, and dialogue to design ways to amplify your own desire and intention for spiritual practices. Participants commit to a month of practice design, and all four sessions together.
