Yoga Nidra With Carol
Nourish your soul on the shortest day of the year with a practice that invites us into an embodied pause and journey inward. Join registered yoga teacher Carol Collins for a special solstice yoga session. It will feature very gentle movement on the ground to de-stress the body, followed by supported savasana (lying on your back with blankets and pillows) paired with a voice guiding you through your body, breath, and energy centers or chakras.
**You will need** 1) quiet space on floor or bed; 2) a bolster or large pillow; and 3) 2-3 blankets.
