Over the last long months of pandemic life, many people made significant changes, letting go into new lives. Sometimes fear arises when we realize that a path we follow is coming to a close. It can be so much easier to keep old patterns going than to choose endings and unknown territory. Yet the cost may be high. What are some ways we might know that it is time to end, and begin again?
