Racial Justice Action Group

New Racial Justice Action Group. ASC’s Social Justice Ministry is forming a new group focused on external racial justice work. With the working name “Racial Justice Action,” the new effort will partner with organizations in DC leading in areas like Defund the Police, Covid response, Cancel the Rent, and Reparations. We will educate ourselves and the congregation on these issues, center the voices and leadership of impacted communities, work collaboratively with other groups at All Souls, take action with other partner organizations, and collectively reflect on our work. Racial Justice Action will host its first congregation-wide meeting to share information, brainstorm, and begin planning for how this group takes shape.
