[REFLECTION] Earth and Her Creatures

Humans have long been fascinated with finding ways to visually represent the natural world. In three different sessions, we will virtually tour museums in the DC area to explore how artists have represented people, nature, and, in some cases, people “as nature.” Join us to consider what it means to be “natural” and all the racial, political, and spiritual implications of this concept in art.
