2023 Annual Meeting

Each year at All Souls, congregants gather at a Congregational Meeting to hear from church leadership about the state of the church and to vote on a budget, bylaws changes, and new leadership. Please plan to attend this year’s Congregational Meeting, which will take place on Sunday, June 4, at 1:00pm in the Sanctuary. 

All are welcome to attend. Voting members may attend and participate in person or via Zoom. Non-voting members and non-members may only attend in the sanctuary to observe the meeting. To vote, you must be a member of the church and have made a donation of record within the last 15 months. (If you have questions about your giving, please contact Gary Penn.)

It is critical that we get a quorum of voting members, so please make every effort to attend this important meeting. Lunch options and childcare will be available.

If you are a voting member and want to participate virtually, a Zoom link will be emailed to voting members on Sunday morning. Please make sure that the church has your current email address. To participate online:

·         You must be a voting member, which means you must have made a contribution of record during the past 15 months.

·         Your Zoom name must be your full name. You will be let in from the Zoom waiting room once we check your name and confirm your membership.

·         Your Zoom name should include the names of each person participating on your screen.
